MyColors is an awesome freeware Stardock product that functions very much like WindowBlinds. The limitations are that it thrives on selling commercial themes. All in all, though, I like the theme "Quest" very much, and it is much better than most. I'd recommend it to anyone with the needed system. Which is almost anyone.
