Activation Mail Trouble

Hi there,

I've been trying to activate my Windowsblinds copy via email for a couple of days now., but didn't receive any answer. Same goes for support.

Any ideas? Can the activation be done through a proxy?

Can you reply to the support email with the activation code you are getting? I can try to mannually find out what the problem is from this end.

I tried to activate my Dreamscape for an offline machine and also got no response. Had to relocate machine to temp. connect and then move it back. A bit of a pain.
