Latest IconPackager fails to apply desktop icon

I'm not positive about this, but I think it was after the new release of IP that I began to notice that IP fails to apply the Desktop Icon supplied with each icon set I have tried. Is this something anyone else has been seeing? Is there a work-around or fix?

Never got a response on this one, so I'm going to bump this back to the top. I don't think anyone understood what I was talking about. Here is the problem I am having:

This icon set (and others I have tried) has an icon for the desktop, but it's never applied. Anyone else having a similar experience?

Here's the latest on this bug... I finally got a support tech to send it up for inspection by the development team. I'm hoping that path gets me somewhere!
