Problem finding Mod Folder

Hey i found the route but when i get to where it is supposed to be there is no AppData folder to go to any ideas on how to make it show up. And if it makes any difference im running vista. thanks

To unhide them, go to Control Panel -> Folder Options -> View and set yourself to view hidden files and folders (if it's unchanged from XP, at least).
