wincustomise down

from Stardock Forums

Good Morning All, the Past two days whenever I've booted up my puter Wincustomise won't  open, nor will stardock central, it keeps saying server is down,  after hour or so it will open. I know there is a time difference between me and the United States, by this I mean am I going into Wincustomise in wee hours of morning when they are maybe working on server or is everyone encountering this same problem, by the way I live in the United Kingdom, or is it a puter operating fault on my side.

Anyone??

This is the error message I recieve:
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.wincustomize.com.








* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web
but all of these problems don't apply except first one

Yeah...they've been having some server troubles/power outages for the past week or so. :NOTSURE: Hopefully it'll get sorted out.

In South Africa the biggest problem is they nick all the cables to sell, so is anyone selling cable :HOT:

Same thing here thuglifejunior, i am in UK also, it happens regulary. Just one of those things we have to put up with this side of the pond. :D ;)

Troy server issues this morning as well. Should be back up and normal now. Please let us know here or at [email protected] if you have further troubles.
