Can't downlaod Magic Desktop theme

With MyColors Theme Manager open have you hit Add Registration and put in the information that you should have received in an email?

Not much help, but according to the help tab you did everything correctly.

Give a little more time for others to see this post. I myself have not used MyColors yet, I have Object Desktop Ultimate.

Just so I understand, once you enter the serial number and hit okay it shows up in the left hand side of theme manager. You hit apply and it goes into another download cycle? What happens when that ends?

When I entered my serial, the download of the theme started automatically.

When it arrived at 100% the apply button appeared but the status still said download available.

And if you click apply, the downloading restart.

The software works because I can apply the free Quest theme.

So I don't know what's wrong.

If you click on the settings tab in MyColors and then click "Check for updates" is your MyColors on the current version?

I tried doing this with your account info upon reading it and couldn't replicate this issue.

Also if you are up to date could you start a ticket with us at [email protected] so we can confirm your account info with you? Please referance this thread in the email.

I just sent an email at support.

If I click check for updates, it says that there is no new update.

I don't list anything from your account email. If you arn't using that one please PM the email you did use.

If you have a ticket number or something please let me know.
