Cannot Install

I have tried multiple times now to install WindowsBlinds 6 on my Vista Ultimate notebook and after every time, I get a message popping up saying I need to restart my computer to complete the installation. It includes a note saying that  I may need to disable virus/registry protection and I have done all of that and still continue to get the reboot message. Any ideas on what I can do?

Is it that you are getting a reboot message with each reboot? In other words you are stuck in a reboot loop?

Is this the trial version or paid version?

I don't run Vista but make sure that you are running as admin. Will it let you ignore the reboot prompt so you can open up WindowBlinds? If it does copy your system info and paste in a reply to this post.

Yea, its a reboot loop. I restart through that WB notification and when vista comes back up, it says the same thing. It's the trial version. And I am on admin, I even disabled the User Account Control.

It's the trial version.
End of quote

That's the typical response once you've exceeded the time limit. Uninstall/Reinstall WILL NOT reset the time. The trial time starts the day you install it.

Have you had Windowblinds 6 trial running previously?
