How to modify font sizes

Hi,

having bought windowblinds just today , there is something I don't get.
I have applied a skin and I know how to set the font a little bigger by using the slider (I'm on a 24" tft with 1920x1200 resolution). I notice the font used in the windows taskbar en startmenu gets bigger but I can't get the font in windows explorer to get any larger. And the current size is way to small on my screen to read comfortably.

I've searched through this forum and found something about the "you can change system fonts by clicking here" but I don't understand how to use this feature. I've tried by editing every font setting and setting it one size up but I'm not getting any changed.

So if someone would be so kind to explain this feature step by step I would be very grateful !

(please don't mind my english, I'm dutchspeaking)

Heh, welcome to the 24" club. ;)

The easiest solution I've found is to go into the desktop properties > appearance > advanced > other advanced controls > and edit the Icon font. It's always worked in a pinch for me, but it might reset if you change skins or reboot, I'm not sure since I don't do either very often, but it's quick and easy. You might have to refresh the explorer window or close it and reopen it for it to work.

Thanks a lot for the tip...who would have guessed that "icon font" would also apply to the font used in the explorer window....I mean the names of folders and files aren't really "icons" are they :-))
ps : no need to refresh the explorer window, change is instantaneous...
