What do I need to skin Windows XP

I would like to create my own skins for Windows XP, besides WB what else do I need? Is there another skinnining creator besides skinstudio? John

I don't think so...SkinStudio was created for the purpose of building Windowblinds skins (the Windowblinds program only applies them, not makes them). You will need a graphics editor though, like Photoshop to make all the images.
