Problems when running Microsoft Office programs from ObjectDock

I am using ObjectDock Plus 1.9 on Vista Home Premium, 32-bit version.
I have encountered a problem when running Microsoft OneNote via the ObjctDock. The interface does not run properly, and gets distorted. However, when I run it from the desktop icon or start menu, the interface is fine.
Also, when I run Microsoft Word through the dock, the tob bar reverts back to Vista regular (I am running vista aero). However, when I run it from the desktop icon or start menu, it works fine.
Any solutions or bugs that need to be fixed?
