Under the following location you'll find four folders for recorded games. Just put them in any one of those and cycle through the categories in-game until you find them. Replace username in the path below with whatever your windows username is.
Vista:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\
XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\
Please note that some of these directories are hidden by default. To unhide them, go to Control Panel -> Folder Options -> View and set yourself to view hidden files and folders.
