How can I get ships to automatically launch?

When ships are built, I have to go to the planetary screen in order to launch them. How do I get them to launch automatically?

You can't exactly get what you want (how it worked in GC1), although TA will apparently restore the option.

In DA, you can click the little green Launch button at the bottom of the icon stack that appears at the start of a turn, or you can assign a planet to a rally point (there's a button next to the planet image in the details area of the main map).

Or you just right-click on the blue message icon falling down on the right side when a ship has been built...

You could also just place a rally point and have all planets set to go to it. When they launch for the rally point at the beginning of the turn, just go into the governors and set all ships to none. It works well when you have masses of ships being built as it can be a pain to have to deal with each individually.
