Which Forums do you use?

With the beta release of Impulse I've made the switch from using SDC.  I am finding that I like Impulse a lot, that's not say that SDC didn't present a good interface.

In using the heck out of Impulse I've come up with a question for all you fine folks and hence the reason for this post.

Which forums are you using, Stardock, WinCustomize or Impulse?  Stardock forums does seemed to be a bit more on the game focus and WC and Impulse forums seem to cover some of the same categories.  I'm sure there are even game unique forums.  Don't do the games scene so I haven't tried to find them.

I was even wondering if it makes a difference to Stardock, as to the three that I mentioned, which ones they would like to see used. 

I'm sure the quick answer is use the one that is going to help you with getting the information you need or are looking for.

I use FF and WC, as WC is my home site. I would like to hopefully see WC forums as a section of impulses design. This would allow me to easily navigate both from within one unit instead of having to switch..

I live on the WC forums but monitor the Sins and Galciv for anythign I can assist with or learn form.  I may follow the Impulse and Demigod forums more as they become more unique.

I always use skip the sub-forums and use the recently post view for all of them.

Same here. I've become accustomed to the Wincustomize forums and I like being able to open the threads in new tabs rather than repeatedly going back to the My Replies or Recent Posts pages.

When I click on the little fox in my quicklaunch it opens the main page of WC. I then go from there opening new tabs on my skins and the forum.


So the answer is Wincustomize.

WC is the only one I use, I still have a weird issue with avg running my cpu to 100% in the Stardock forums,so I can't spend any time there. NBD. Impulse is looking good,just never anybody in the forums.IE7 mostly, but I'm trying FF3 b5 and it is FAST.

Here's a question, do/will all the forums has cross post?

We see from time to time Joe user posts in WC, will we see this happen with all forums if there is a category that shows on all? :NOTSURE:

I'm using all of them!
The Impulse forums is a different color is all - but that depends on ones preferences.
Me I like Impulse better - but still find things faster with WC forums.
I think that will change maybe?
