new theme request

I have a request to anyone that can do it.can someone please create a nascar theme and a jeff gordon theme?someone just looking for something to do i sure would love both of those themes as im sure alot of people would love them.thank you very much. oh and if anyone will do it can you please make them in xp 1024x768.thanks
