paid for windowsblind still cant apply skins

I paid for windowsblinds erase every file containing to windowsblind restarted computer than cleaned my registry than restarted again download windowsblinds from link sent by stardock installed activated then restarted computer before i tryed to apply skin. the product is activated and i still cant apply skins please help.

Download Stardock Central and login with the email and password used to purchase Windowblinds. From there you can update to the latest version and reboot after updating. Post the system info to make sure your files are up to date. That should fix your issue.

ok did that still not working.

Uninstall Windowblinds and reboot then reinstall Windowblinds through Stardock Central and reboot. Post System info again.

I can apply the windows xp style and classic style only when i try to apply anything else it just applies back to classic skin. the trial version was working till i brought full version

is it something to do with wbsrv.dll
thats the only difference i see date and time

i'm lost i even disable my windows live onecare
still no luck

do you have any other apps like StyleXP or VistaTransformation packs installed?

use anything other than OneCare?

na i did get that to work after i searched and removed every file containing to wb thats why i went ahead and brought it but now i have the same problem

if it doesnt work copy & paste ur email & serial here

hmm........try going into control panel /personalization/ theme and see if 'modified theme' is being used......thats the one that needs to be used.
