Installed 1.04 and now getting MINI dump

Ok, I've seen alot of posts on this mini dump and I never had an issue....until I installed 1.04. I thought this was supposed to fix this issue for others and not create for new people. Anyway, what can I do to fix this?

UPDATE: ok I still get the minidump but apparently it's only on saved games, which sux since I'd like to finish the games I've spent days on....

Saved games are usually not compatible between patches - this was posted in the patch notes
