black checkboxes in adamant skin

I'm a new user of WB and I really like the Adamant skin. The only thing I don't like about it is that all checkboxes are black. When you check them, the "check" text is white. I don't like this. They don't even look like checkboxes when they're black. Same with the radio buttons.

Is there a way to change this from Windowblinds, or should I get Skin Studio too? If I need to get Skin Studio, how would I use that to change this one thing about an otherwise beautiful skin?
