I purchased Desktop browser yestreday from stardock.com website and its been more than 18 hours that i have not received any email with the download link and serial number.
I tried to login with the email address i provided during the pruchase but it throwed a message that the password was incorrect. I clicked on Forgot your password and received a new password in my email. Tried to login with the new password but received the message that i have exceeded the maximum number of attemps to login and informed me to email
[email protected].
I did email but have not yet received a reply yet. I am worried with the entire thing. Just in case if you are thinking about the pruchase. The purchase was successful and i have been charged. I have checked the same with my bank.
If stardock cannot provide support during weekends, they should stop selling products.
I have paid for something which i am not able to use. I even tried calling stardock with the hope to be able to speak with someone but was answered by the answering machine. I cant explain how i feel because i dont know what to do???
