GalCiv Registration Issues

I ordered GalCiv II's newest expansion pack on a different e-mail address than the one used to create my account, I then changed it to my new address after I purchased it. SDC won't validate my serial number for the game and I can't get a response from [email protected] because of the way my university email system works. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

If you can't email support or get no response at all, you can submit a ticket directly through this page. Just click next, then fill out the form and submit it (no need to log in or register there).
