How do you change the button order in Tab Launchpad

Tab Launchpad is great, and I like how you can change the order of the tabs. But, how do you change the order of the buttons on a particular tab? Dragging doesn't do anything, and there doesn't seem to be any option under configuration. Thanks.

I switched over to ObjectDock plus when it cam eout . . I don't remember how or if I could move shortcuts. (:(
