Screens Load, Error Sound and MiniDump

XPS 710, Vista, 8800 GTX

    Seem to have a variation of a common problem with this game.  I get the load screens but three quarters through the load or right after the new screen appears there is a freeze, an error message is heard and when I ctrl-alt-delete to the Task Manager I see there is a minidump.

All drivers are current.

Can't figure this one out.

Any ideas?

Are you using any mods or seeing this on a particular map? If not, try reinstalling.

No, this is out of the box and trying to play for the first time. I will try reinstalling.
