Issue with Multiplayer Account creation

I cannot create a Multiplayer account. I opened an account with Stardock but I cannot open an account in-game. Please help. Thanks.

If your serial is being rejected for ICO account creation but you were able to register it fine for updates, contact [email protected] with the serial and they'll be able to get you fixed up.
