Zooming problem

when I go into a game now i can only zoom into the middle of the screen no matter where my mouse is. It seemed to happen after dling the bonus map pack https://www.sinsofasolarempire.com/update.aspx. I want my zooming fixed.

Turn on zoom to mouse cursor

It's by the menu button on top of the UI.
