Should you be able to devise military campaigns for Gal Civ ?

I think there should be a screen where you could come up with a military plan to invade another empire. Example, Torian fleet 59 attacks icoian planet Gladstone 3 while fleet 6 protects the invasion fleet.Of course would be bigger so it can be more complicated and invlove more things. I think thise would be good because it would make it easire to attack multiple planets. If you are confused on what I am saying, just ask so I can more info.

I would love to simply be able to draw my plans on the map directly.

I've come to rely on an actual physical notepad to remember why I put that fleet there in the first place.
