Fresh copy of X64 Windows Ultimate... (Had to be-rebuild system due to upgrade) Will try installing Windows Vista Service Pack 1 via windows update in the mean time.

Update : Vista SP1 still produces the above.

Also tried updating C++ Runtimes...

Thank you for your time, sorry for double post as this was due to my works proxy timing out.

I presume this is somewhere in the .MSI and I have also tried looking with ORCA etc....

Your help is appreciated.

I've tried to figure it out on my end, but I'm at a loss. The area of the installer script in question would start the "maintenance" phase of the install, but that doesn't seem to lead anywhere.

I've sent you a private email with an installer built using the older WISE method.
