PC won't read disc (please help)

my pc won't read the disc. I exchanged the disc and it still won't read it. I heard since i bought the game I could download it from the website. anyone know if that is true and how to do it?

Yes, you can download the game and install it/back it up to a recordable DVD.

Install Stardock Central like Los_WLd mentioned, register your serial number and look in "my games" to find Sins.

You can back it up to a CD by My Games > right click Sins > select Archive Application > "Download and Archive"


Have you tried other CD's in your CD drive? Also note that Sins retail come on a DVD, so you will not be able to use a pure (and old) CD drive.

It is advised to get Stardock Central with or with out the DVD since you can get all the updates that have been posted for the game. If you have any troubles after this please contact us at [email protected].
