No list of games in dialog box

I just brought the game from the links on this site through the Star Dock website. Then I followed the instructions and installed Star Dock Central. I then entered the correct information. However when I go to My Games it says it failed to validate my gc2 registration and nothing displays in the box. I then can't see if I've purchased any games or can purchase any games. I try to register the game but the only thing in the dialog box is My Games Subscription and it won't take my serial number. What is causing this and how can I fix this? I'm correctly logged in and have a purchase email to confirm my buying of the product.

I always get the same thing with GC2 and that error. Just click okay and after a bit the error box should go away and you can use the thing normally - at least, that's what I do.

Yes but I can't use it normally for nothing in My Games displays.

Problem solved. Anti-virus interfered with the install.
