Explorer menubar appears when switching to explorer window

I am running Vista x64 SP1, I just installed Windowblinds from Stardock central. I tried both the latest release version as well as the beta version. What I am seeing is that no matter what skin I chose, even the Vista Aero theme, When I Alt-Tab to an explorer window or and Internet Explorer window, the menubar appears. Once I click anywhere in the window the menubar dissappears again. Is this expected? Is windowblinds6 truely supported on Vista x64 SP1?
