Issues with Window Blinds v6.1 Enhanced

I currently have Window Blinds v6.1 Enhanced and I can't simply aplly any skin due to the fact that when I apply a skin the view of my PC gets automaticly liki Windows 98. This issue happened everytime with other versions of Window Blinds and I tried everything in my power to reverse the situation. What can I do to apply correctly a skin?
P.S: I used every configuration of Window Blinds possible and I'm starting to believe the issue is caused by my PC not the software of Stardock.

Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on "System info" and then "Copy text". Paste that info here.

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.0 (build 32 x86)

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

(Monitor Plug and Play) 1 is attached to RADEON X300 Series

P.S : When it can't apply the skin window Blinds becomes unresponsive an has to be shutdown in the process.

There are several updates missing from that config file. Please use either Stardock Central or Impulse to update Window Blinds. I am going to recomend Impulse.
