Create Custom Ship Style Button

It's only enabled when customizing an AI opponent, as it intended purpose is to specify which templates you've created in your own games they will use for their ship designs (AI can't design its own ships aesthetically, it just puts on weapons, engines, etc). It can be bent around to work for replacing the human starting ship designs' appearances, but takes some doing to get it there. There's a sticky in the modding forum about that if you're interested.
