lost account?

i can't get my account back =[

from Sins Forums
and the account recovery system isn't working what do i do now? i've already sent an e-mail in like 3 weeks ago. i'm not saying it's their fault, it's just that i want to see some action.

Which account and what exactly do you mean by lost?

If it's your Stardock/forums account and you just forgot the password, you can simply put the email address it is on in the Tools Menu \ Lookup Serials option of SDC, or at http://support.stardock.com. The serial email will also include your password. Alternately if you've lost access to the email address but still have the password, you can simply log in with it on the forums and go to My Account \ Stardock Account to change the address on it. If you've lost both then you'd need to contact [email protected] (make sure you get the immediate autoresponse and it's not stopped by any spam blocking you have).

For any ICO account issues, contact [email protected] with your serial and they should be able to help.
