Number of Resource asteriods halved?

Did patch 1.03 half the number of resource asteriods on asteriods and terran planet? I used to get 4 resource asteriods per asteriod and 3-4 per terran planet. But now I only get 2 per asteriods.

Is this part of patch 1.03 or part of the of "Real Captical Ship" mod that I downloaded.

it is part of the 1.03 patch

this has been done 2 improve the value of planets (more fighting over teritory)
all non homeworld planets have 2 resource asteroids
all homeworld planets get 3 (increased value)


hope they keep it cuase games have been lot more fun once they did it... no more turtling til kodiaks.... (stil happens but now it's beatable cuase he wont have the resources 2 maintain)
