Changing Menu Text?

Hey, Does anybody know if its possible to change the text in the menus? couldn't find anything on the forum about this :)

Btw: There's a problem when you'r trying to add a new post in Safari( :CONGRAT: ), so need to use Internet Explorer or Firefox ( :NOTSURE: )
