Noob - Sorry HELP! - Cant download purchased games

Hi etc

Sorry if I am being a total noob but cant work out what is going on here.

Have purchased the download of Galactic Civ II Dark Avatar expansion bundle, but I cannot get Stardock Central to download the file.

I Clicked on the registration info in the bottom right, and can register the serial numbers, this appears to go fine, but when I close the dialog I get another message saying the failed to validate!

I dont have a clue whats going on! Please help!
