Dr Watson could I have the download links to ObjectDock please?


Hello

I've purchased ObjectDock Pro and have so far after 12 hours not yet recieved any email from stardock with download links. Do I now have to wait 2 days to get the welcome email with links to the product I bought?

I had to option to download pirated copy of this software latest version or to suport you guys and buy it. Well I decided to support you and buy the product. I've not yet recieved a single email acknowledgeing my purchase nor did I recieve any replies when I sent email to suport with details of my purchase. Is there anyone in support team reading these forums that can help me get the software I payed for so I dont have to wait  2-3 days until its monday and the hard working people of stardock arrive at work.

I understand if somehow automaticl emailing system went down so I did not recieve email, I'm just excited to try this software and organize my desktop which is a real mess so please let me have it ;)

Login to Stardock Central and check under Misc for the ObjectDock Plus version.

Before you do that input your email addy you purchased with WWW Link . When you get the response (takes about a minute - check your spam box if you don't see it) install SDC and input serial under misc tab. Install OD+

I've tried inputing my email, this is what I get:


Lookup Failed

Unfortunately, we could not find your information in our records.
Some potential causes for this:
1. Please double-check the e-mail address you entered.
2. If your e-mail address has changed since you ordered, please send an e-mail to [email protected] so we can get your records updated.
3. Your information was not entered into the database here properly. Please contact [email protected] with your full name, the e-mail address you used for your order, and order number (if possible) and we'll get it sorted.

I've tried several times and I know for sure that I am writting correct email address. I used paypal to buy the product, so I am writting in my paypal email... Could their system have failed?

Hi Maximon,

Please be sure you are entering the email address associated with PayPal into our lookup system (WWW Link). You may want to verify what email address this is, as I have had people use multiple email addresses for PayPal before.

What could have happened is when you were checking out on the PayPal website, you may have messed with the totals inadvertently. We have people try to change the total to a penny and expect that we can be tricked into giving them their software. I am not saying that you changed it to a penny, but if you happened to put your cursor in any of the price boxes by mistake, your order would have been flagged and not completed automatically. We then get an email notifying us about the error and then we fix it.

We are not back in the office until Tuesday (I'm writing this from home), so please send an email to [email protected] and we will be able to look into your order. If possible, please send the transaction ID from PayPal as well.

Did you receive your registration information yet? I replied to your email and had it sent to your paypal@ address, the address you used to place your order. You should have received it by now.

If you prefer you can PM me to merge your registration account and the PayPal account email addresses. That would make it easier for you I would think. Just let me know if you would prefer that.
