Stardock stopped logging into server?

Stardock Forums
Erm, I emailed tech support Wedensday with this issue, and I understand that they've been having technical difficulties themselves, but I haven't gotten an intelligible answer back yet, so I thought I'd make sure I hadn't fallen through the cracks.
After a period of inactivity due to ISP issues, I wanted to redownload Stardock onto my new laptop. Because of above ISP difficulties, (not being able to remember which of the email accounts I'd gone through) I asked tech support to switch my account to my latest email address. We got that worked out quickly enough.
I happily downloaded some of the games I fondly remembered from my TotalGaming.net subscription (back before there were tokens) and all was well. Then I decided, about two weeks later to buy Sword of the Stars and use up some tokens. I finally managed to find the link where you buy with tokens instead of cash, and as soon as the purchase was completed; I try to download it.
Instead, Stardock informs me that I can't access the Stardock server. It does show that the tokens have been deleted.
I quit Stardock and start it up again, figuring it's some kind of glitch. I still can't access the Stardock server, and now it doesn't show any previously acquired games, except, oddly enough, Gal Civ II, which I had redownloaded earlier that day. Also, the tokens that I had spent on Sword of the Stars mysteriously reappeared.
In addition, the forums don't seem to like my old login, either, so I have to create a new one just to post here.
Any ideas or suggestions?
Update: After logging into Stardock again, I used the autolink to request that they send all the account info to my email address (previously, it wouldn't let me do that, because it said that the email address wasn't good). It contained no serial #'s, and said that if it contained no serial numbers, there weren't any listed on the account. Still waiting for a reply from tech support.
