0xc0000005 APPCRASH Crashes

Hi guys, this is driving me insane.

I havent even played the game yet as whenever I try to start the game I get two APPCRASH errors for the following files...

d3dx9_36.dll

StackHash_1df2

I am running Q6600 Quad Core, 2GB RAM, 2 SATA Drives (tried installing on each, same problem) 32bit Vista with an Ati 2900XT.

Any ideas on what to try?

I have updated DirectX

I have updated the latest Ati files

Installed on 2 different HD's

If you are experiencing crashes, please zip up the following items and email them to [email protected] with a description of the problem:

+ A dxdiag of your PC (Start -> Run -> type "dxdiag" and hit Enter -> Save all information).

+ Any mini-dump files that were generated from the locations below (note that these directories are Hidden by default):

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp\Sins Dump

Vista: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Sins Dump
