Camera Instability? ((Still need help/sugestions))

This is a fairly small issue i think. But when i get in game and all everything looks fine but once i move the camera ... everything gose to heck...Ok well maybe not everything but the small icon above a ship shakes either slightly or sometimes violently. Also the glow around the planet im near shakes...allot...

I cant even begin to think of what may be wrong. I had all things turnd up to max even resalution so i put it down to next to nothing and still happend. I also tried on smaller planet games because i was playing on a 350 planet game and still it happend even with 4 planets total on the map.

My computer specs are as fallows

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+ 2.21 GHz

2 GB Ram and a Geforece 8400 256 wich on shared memorry is running at 512.

On this same computer i play Oblivion on medium graphits , STALKER on high and NwN2 so i dont see how an RTS that is rumored to not take much could be giving me issues because of the computer. Another thing to note this shake issue was NOT around before patching to 1.03 and also it is NOT present in the previewing of  a custom map only when in a new game it will appear.

That's very strange. Since you're running an A64x2, if you're on XP you might try to download and install the AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor Driver for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 Version (x86 and x64 exe) file found at the bottom of this page. The x2 processors without the updated drivers have some timing issues that have caused similar jitter/acceleration issues in other games.

Well...Did that and now it only happens when a bit further back but not realy up close...though the distance i stay at is the distance it still shakes at unfortunatly. Thanks for the reply though.

Well It seems the problem is back. Iv tried less planets , map size , reinstalling the game , all versions of the game and still the shaking is there.
