WindowBlinds doesn't open or close properly.

The most recent Windowblinds isn't working properly, very annoying.   Sometimes when I go to open it, turns out it never fully closed out after the last use.  Click on it a few times and find multiple openings in taskmgr... close each manually, then reclick the link and it opens.   What's up???

Wasn't having the problem with the earlier version.

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.1 (build 50 x86)

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
