Stardock Central doesn't instal in my XP sp.2

this is the issue in my XP sp.2
installing Stardock Central on the first lunch:
"Failed to initialize XML data please reinstall the application to correct the problem"
I already deleted the cookies + tried to reinstall SC
May I have some help ?

Start/ Run/ type (c/p): %windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis.exe -i

in C\Windows\Microsoft NET\Framework I have v1.1.3705 + v1.1.4322 + v20.50727
I also tried to run the "aspnet" installation but nothing changed !!

I know nothing of your error nor do I know if this will help but it may be a good time to try Impulse.

Microsoft Firewall is deactivated (BTW I never activate the MS Automatic Updates)
Avast + AnVir TaskManager are running...

I'm trying to install SDC for the possibility to restore ObjectDock,
what I can do with Impulse ?

No firewall........there's a wreck in progress ;p 

Using IE, paste in address bar: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/remove_sdc.bat

Reboot your computer

Reinstall SDC: WWW Link

In the meantime I already unistalled SDC with RevoUnistaller (I found around 100 entries) now after rebooting I installed again and NO WAY I'm going to work again for the ultimate unistall
(BTW normally the firewall is on I just had a try with the firewall off)
