Faction Colors?

I've run into a very odd problem with the latest patch. No matter what my theme is set to, every game I start, my faction's color is pale green. I've tried setting it in the 'player setup' and in the game-setup screens, but while the symbol changes, the color is always, always green.
Has anyone else run into this problem?
