Dragon by Stardock Design is one of the coolest and most popular WindowBlinds skins recently released.  Its use of WB6 animation on the start menu, and an incredibly clean yet detailed look has earned it a top spot on many user's favorites lists.  With its popularity, it's no surprise that matching skins would pop up quickly.  Here are a few skins posted (with the permission of Stardock Design) to go along with Dragon.

I have just one question...why do some people get permission to post matching accessories,and some don't...guess it just depends if your one of the important people or not.

I would guess it has to do with a number of factors.  Highest would be:
  • Did the artist ask?  (As a mod I see many that don't.)
  • Do they have a history as an exceptional skinner?  I'd imagine that Stardock wants to see their intellectual property treated well . . not like the work *I* could do with it.  :)
  • Whether you send KarmaGirl chocolate. (Just a joke ;)  But who doesn't like chocolate?)

I'm sorry that no reply was received.  I'd guess that something got lost.  No response usually means "no reception" or "very busy right now" not "no"

I hope it gets worked out.  I'd like to see the skins.

KarmaGirl is the keeper of permissions to use graphical elements, names and marks connected to Stardock Design work.  Several of the people in this case got permission from her directly over our IRC server, which is often a better way than email considering the huge volume she receives every single day. 

Not getting a response is not the same as rejection, you just may be way down in the email queue.
