How to get savegames to work!

*How do i get savegames from v. 1.02 to work on v. 1.03?

*How do i install patch 1.02 if i have 1.03?  I tried but game dont start!

*Why in gods name dont the savegames work between patch. That is really a poor job from the devs. I mean now i allways will be worried when i play cos. evertime there comes a new patch i must start over. Its not acceptable!

Otherwise this game is, without doubt, one of the best i every have played!!

The 1.02 saved games are not compatible with 1.03 . If it's important to go back to them, then hopefully you've archived a version of 1.02 that you can go back to.

It's quite simple - now that you know the patches may be incompatible with save games, you can either a) double-check the patch readme before you upgrade and/or b) finish your old saves before you upgrade to the new version.

Granted it would be nice if the compatibility stayed, but sometimes programming changes mean that old games simply can't be used.
