hello everbody....please helpme..

i downloaded rightclick and logon vista in wincustomize.now,my computer use windowsvista 32 bit.i dont know open and use Rightclick?this type of file is skinmenu.what is program open it? can you show me?do i need some soft?? thankyou....

i come from vietnam...i want to make friend with..all person.
