Sins and FX5900

Apologies if this question has already been asked; I did look around but didn't find anything about it

I am wondering if the game will run on my GeForce FX 5900u.  I realise that it is technically a few models down from the minimum requirements, but does that mean the game won't even TRY try to run?  If so is there some way to attempt to force the game open?  i.e. with a command-line switch.  It is technically a DX9 card after all, even though they never worked properly.

It should function, though I can't say as to how the performance will be. You'll probably have to turn things down some. FX cards are really bad at anti-aliasing, but otherwise it shouldn't have any real (visible) issue aside from poor performance.

TY for the help, and yes it does work. Runs fine with all visuals maxed too. Unfortunately my poor processor means games become near unplayable fairly quickly on large maps. C'est la vie :(.
