Sound drops post upgrade to v1.3

As the title says I am now loosing my sound, first voices then sound effects then music after I have installed V1.3. Any ideas?

I'm running a 3.1ghz duel core, 2 gig ram, with MS Vista premium. Yes, all drivers are up to date.

This happens to me after someone quits the game, particularly the host.

Has happend to me also, yesterday it happend twice. To be honest it did that before also.
