so liek i maed n accnt n stuf to this site so i cud dl teh upd8 and tehn when i log on in teh gaem it says my accnt names not found. wehn i click regster n register it says that accnt is already maed wtf y

You probably created a Stardock account which is different from an Ironclad Online account. Try pressing the "Create Account" button when you join ICO. If this isn't the case, write [email protected] with your cd key and a list of usernames you typically use.

Ok well here's what happens (in understandable english)

When I go to ICO and press create new account, it says the Key is already registered

but when i try to log on with my registered account it says "Name not found"

When i registered for this website it made me put in my Key code...

I needed to register on this website to download the update...

I needed the update to register on ICO?!?!?!?!?!?!
