Intel Core 2 6600 @ 2.40GHz OC to 3.2GHz, 4Gb Dual Channel Ram, With Xp only 2.75gb, Geforce 8800 GTX OC, x2 150gb raptors 10,000 RPM Hd and x2 750gb 7200 Rpm hd.

Will a AGEIA PhysX card benefit gameplay with this configuration?

I seriously doubt it. That is my expert opinion -__-

If you really need a performance boost for Sins with that excellent system (which I doubt), buy a better heatsink and overclock it higher. With any luck a decent week e6600 can get over 3.6

Seriously? This game has like zero physics calculations - only collision stuff.

No.

Most games already use their own proprietary physics routines including many of the games that were pushing PhysX. The whole physics processing unit was just another money grab using an overpriced piece of hardware that doesn't deliver much. It was quickly rendered useless by multi-core CPU's.
