disabling windowblinds for user accounts?

Hi, I'm new to WB and like it very much.

But... I only want the custom appearance to be used for my user account. How do you stop WB loading at startup for different users?

Is there some registry entry or config file somewhere I can play with?

by default it's for all users

if a user doesn't want it - in that account, open WB and choose a default windows skin - no reason for WB to run if the user is using a windows skin
