Crackle on missile impacts w/ hardware sound on

Xtremegamer X-Fi, getting a crackle on missile impacts when I make it use hardware in my user.setting file. Also, sound goes out after a long while, and after victory (if I "Keep Playing")

Not related to the other thread, sound is fine other than that.
